With more than 20 years of experience in real estate lending and development, Mark is the chief architect of Blueprint Capital's business model. He brings a passion for numbers, organization and strategy to Blueprint. Mark earned a degree in mathematics from the University of Washington in 1988, and Blueprint is the third company he has successfully launched.
One of the founders of the Seattle Homebuilders Association (now the Master Builders Association of King County Seattle Builder Council), Dan brings 23 years of experience in real estate, planning and development to Blueprint Capital. Well-known and well-respected with contractors, city planners, and realtors, Dan has developed more than 900 residential units in Seattle.
Rob has two and a half decades of senior financial executive experience, with extensive experience in commercial lending, capital fundraising and regulatory compliance. His service at Golf Savings Bank, one of the Puget Sound area’s largest residential construction lenders, included tenures as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer, where he was instrumental in managing the bank’s successful sale to Sterling Savings Bank.
With 15 years of experience in construction loan administration as well as nine years in the residential construction industry as a general contractor, Jeanne brings organization, enthusiasm and problem solving skills to round out the Blueprint team. Responsible for loan documentation, customer service and organizational management, she complements and expands on our leadership team.
Building on a family history of residential construction, Dave studied Architecture and Structural Engineering at Lehigh University before attending the University of Washington’s Master of Architecture program. In 2004 he co-founded the award-winning design/development firm Pb Elemental and now brings 14 years of design, construction and permitting experience to Blueprint.
Deb assists in pre- and post- closing loan administration.
